Born in 1984, in a family of entrepreneurs, I grew up alongside my parents' business. As an adult, this was the natural journey to embark on. I developed the family business at first and afterwards I felt the need to have something of my own so, together with my wife, I opened a franchise restaurant. Today we own five restaurants and I am currently a development agent for the brand in Romania.
I know too well all the obstacles to overcome as a start-up company but also the challenges of a mature business. I have been both up and down.
I am happily married since 2011 and a father of three awesome boys hence I completely understand the struggle to find the balance between family and work. Spoiler alert: it doesn't exist, it's just life.
